I'm here today to explain Izuku's new power and its abilities.
Chaos For All: A newly empowered version of One For All itself as Izuku's powers where mixed into the Quirk itself.
Abilities (Currently)
Full Ultimate Cowling - A new powered up version of Full Cowling, not only allowing power to continue flow through the Izuku's body, but allow his own powers to be boosted dramatically.
Just like Katsuki in the film, Heroes Rising, Chaos For All causes Sonic Speed and Chaos Energy Manipulation to become greater in power level. Sonic Speed, being empower by Chaos For All, would make Izuku faster than speed of light itself.
As for his Chaos Energy Manipulation powers, when used in Full Ultimate Cowling, a single Chaos Spear's explosion is larger for blast radius, in Super Form, he can manipulate the energy into multiple ones, Chaos Control can transport him without the need of a Chaos Emerald, and Chaos Blast is more powerful as and, in blast radius, large enough to engulf and entire city.
