As the crowd erupted in applause, Lilly and Alexander made their way into the wedding party. Lilly couldn't help but be in awe of the beautiful decorations and the people dressed in their finest attire. "Wow, look at her dress," Lilly said to Alexander, admiring the bride's gown. "I mean, she's beautiful."

Alexander, on the other hand, seemed distant and cold. "I'll introduce you to some of the other wedding guests," he said, leading Lilly away. "Do I have to meet everyone?" Lilly asked, feeling a bit overwhelmed.

"Yes, more people will be aware of our marriage as a result of this," Alexander replied, and Lilly could sense the tension between them.

All of the sudden lilly began to feel a bit uneasy and encircled her stomach with her arms. "Is your stomach hurting?" Alexander asked.

"Yes, certainly. I haven't eaten properly since early in the morning," Lilly replied.

As the host announced the ring exchange ceremony, the crowd cheered once again. "Here, have some juice, Lilly," Alexander said, handing her a glass.

Suddenly, Lilly disappeared, and Alexander searched for her frantically. A person approached him and said, "Here, meet him. He is the most famous Mister Alexander."

Alexander introduced himself, and the person asked if he was in a hurry. "Actually, my partner - ah, I mean, my life partner, my wife, went somewhere," Alexander said.

A girl suddenly screamed, "Please, someone get some water!" and Alexander rushed to the scene. "What happened to her?" he asked.

The person who found Lilly replied, "I found her unconscious on the floor."

Alexander picked her up and took her to their room. "Can you please call a doctor for me?" he asked.

The doctor arrived and asked some questions. "Does she have any medical issues?" he asked.

"How do I know this? I mean, we're a new couple, so I don't know much about her, but she hasn't eaten anything since the morning," Alexander replied.

The doctor injected her with medicine, but then Alexander checked his phone and discovered that Lilly was a diabetic patient. "So you are telling me she is a diabetic patient and didn't eat anything since morning? That's so irresponsible of you," the doctor scolded Alexander.

Alexander felt guilty and promised to take better care of Lilly in the future. The doctor left, and Alexander stayed by Lilly's side, feeling grateful that she was okay.

Lilly woke up feeling disoriented and confused. As she looked around, she noticed Alexander sitting next to her. "Why my head hurts so much and what happened to me?" she asked.

Alexander looked at her with concern and replied, "Why didn't you let me know earlier that you have diabetes and need to eat properly? You have no idea how anxious I was for you. Such a foolish girl; now go to bed; tomorrow we'll leave."

Lilly was taken aback. "Why? No...!! I am good. Additionally, I do not have diabetes."

"Ah, really? Then why did you collapse on the floor this evening, unconscious?" Alexander questioned.

Lilly tried to think of a possible explanation. "I haven't eaten anything," she said.

"You cannot conceal it. I have every medical record you have!" Alexander exclaimed.

Lilly said "Let me have a look."

Alexander handed her the record. After a brief scroll, she said, "I am Lilly Wilson."

"I know that, actually!" Alexander replied.

"But this report belongs to Lilly William," Lilly said, pointing to the record.

"Oh, my bad. I was a bit too worried, so I didn't notice that!" Alexander apologized.

Lilly decided to take a walk to clear her head. However, Alexander insisted that she rest and offered to leave her alone for some time so she could relax. "Feel comfortable here and tell me if you need anything," he said before leaving the room.

As Lilly lay in bed, she couldn't help but think about how lucky she was to have someone like Alexander in her life. She felt grateful for his care and concern.
