Nandini's Home
It was around 10 in the morning when Nandini, The Great Murthy decided to finally cook and satiate herself.
Just as she had finished with all the chopping, the doorbell buzzed, making her groan.
"Hey" Nandini spoke as she opened the door and found Manik standing there.
"Hi, Wassup?" Manik responded back as he got in.
"Tumhe uncle aunty ne nikal diya kya ghar se?" Nandini asked him as he had two duffel bags in his hands.
"Haha, komedy kar di tumne toh." Manik said, making Nandini glare at him.
"Woh actually, mai gym se aa raha hun, aur 4 ghante baad mujhe ek recording ke liye jaana hai toh maine socha tumse mil lun." Manik completed and Nandini nodded in understanding.
"Washroom kahan hai" Manik asked and Nandini gave him a weird look.
"I wanted to take a shower" Manik spoke and a shocked Nandini accidentally threw the glass of water she held in her hand.
"WOAH" Manik exclaimed and Nandini slapped her forehead.
"Sorry"
"Koi na, mujhe toh nahana hi hai, par mujhe nahi pata tha ki tum aise nahla hi deti ho"
"Yaha pe" Nandini asked him to which he nodded in no and said "Niche park mai, 3 idiots ke rancho ki tarah"
"Theek hai toh jao" Nandini said, giving him a way to which he gave her a 'really' look.
"You need a towel ya something" Nandini asked as they entered her room.
"Na na sab leke aaya hun mai" Manik said and then taking a pause spoke "Aaj bahut saaf hai kamra tumhara."
"Har baar saaf hi hota hai"
"Haan bilkul, aur yeh har baar saal mai kitni baar aata hai?"
"Tumhe nahana hai ya nahi" Nandini asked, ignoring his last line.
Manik nodded and walked in the shower.
Manik came out after taking a shower and found Nandini in the kitchen, which had all kinds of food that existed being cooked.
"Tumhare yaha koi party hai?"
"Nahi"
"Toh itna saara khana" Manik asked her, settling down on the kitchen slab.
"Voh appa aa rahe hai aaj" Nandini said, taking out the sandwiches from the griller.
"Whatt" Manik screamed as he dropped off the slab.
"Aaram se, abhi unko aane mai 8 ghante hai"
"Ohh, aaj mujhe pata chala tumhe uss din kaisa laga hoga" Nandini raised her brows in confusion.
"Jis din achanak se mumma papa aa gaye thay"
"Ohh" Nandini nodded in understanding and laughed.
"Sorry" Nandini blurted out of blue and Manik frowned.
"Woh, jab se tum aaye ho I am a bit distracted na isliye, woh jab bhi appa aise ek dum se aate hai na meri life mai koi na koi kaand zaroor hota hai" Nandini explained herself without Manik asking something.
"Aur kuch hai bolne ko ya ho gaya?" Manik asked and Nandini nodded in a no.
"It's okay agar koi disturbed hai kabhi, hai ke nahi, ab har time toh har koi theek nahi reh sakta na, aur yeh sorry tum apne paas hi rakho" Manik explained her dismissing her apologies.
