billie's pov:

the lights here are so bright. i'm squinting just to make out blurs of people and things around me. i see finneas's red-ish colored hair hovering above me, and a blonde lady with a bun on top of her head. i guess she's a nurse. she's examining me by flashing a light in my eyes, and asking me questions

"what's your name?" is the first thing shot at me

"uh. billie... o'connell" i reply back, assuming she should already know my name

"who is this standing next to you?"

"my brother, finneas" i say with a smile

"okay good, and finally, do you know where you are?"

"not for sure, but i assume i'm in the hospital considering this stupid iv is stuck in my arm"

"that would be accurate. and i'm sorry about that iv, we needed to get some liquids into you while you were in the coma"

a coma? i was in a coma?

"you won't be having that much longer. i heard that you're supposed to be moved into college, as of a couple days ago, and you're in extremely good condition from what i can tell. after a few more tests, you should be good to go home" the nurse continued after i showed my shocked face

finneas's pov:

i'm packing up everything in the room and taking stuff to the car as billie grabs a shower. mom and dad came in after getting a call from the nurse who determined billie is awake again. dad is helping me out with loading the car, while mom makes sure billie is alright in the room. everything has happened so quickly with all this, which is good, but it's hard to process what all has gone on

billie was in a coma. now she's not. she's approved to go right to school now too. they said she's in tip top shape, and is ready to climb another mountain

billie's pov:

this water is so hot, and it feels soo nice. doc said i could go off to school tomorrow, if i want, since it's practically night time now. hell yeah i wanna go. i miss being around arya. she cracks me up, so all i can do is laugh with her around. we make such beautiful memories together, and we've barely known each other for a month

facetiming arya

"BILLIE!!"

"hey arya"

"girl, what's the scoop? one second you're in a coma, the next you're mumbling at people, and now you're a functioning human"

"yeah, so that all happened. but GUESS WHAT!! I'M COMING TO THE DORM TOMORROW!! I'LL BE AT SCHOOL TOMORROW"

"god damn girl. well good for you. i'm hella lonely right now, but it's cool. i'll see you in the morning?"

"yeah, by like, i don't know, noon ish?"

"okay" ary replies "how do you look so damn good right now, and you just got out of the whole ass hospital from a coma?" she says laughing

"bitch, wouldn't you love to be me"

"actually no, i don't think i want to get my ass into a coma"

**next day**

the key i was given works, thank god, and i'm entering my dorm hall now

"REE REEEEEE" i scream as i open the door to room 203 where i find arya. i never have called her ree before, so i'm not sure how that came out of my mouth, but it's cute anyways

i'm just leaving this chapter here. bitches, i'm back. omg i have to tell you about my girlfriend. she looks like billie from 2018 when she had blue hair. the only difference is she has green eyes and a daughter so yeah

i just got outta the looney bins for the third time now. i'm tryna be more consistent on here again, but no promises. imma keep y'all updated on shit with her. she's so damn adorable. her name is rose btw which is such a sweet name, but her little attitude sometimes contrasts with that lmao
