Harry Potter could have used some space after the war as he surely would have some PTSD in the aftermath. Maybe not a fulltime girl or boyfriend but just a loving arm to hold him when he falls.
Ginny Weasley is in many ways the perfect match for Harry, her fiery personality, humor, experiences with Tom Riddle are so much like Harry himself. We all know that the movies messed up her character but we all love her from the page and we always will.
As for Hermione, Harry never had a sister figure in his life, so when he befriended a girl at the age of 11, he looked at her as he would a sister instead of a best friend or a potential partner.
Cho was pretty girl whom Harry knew nothing about, they only talked after Cedric's death. Cho agreed to to a date with Harry before processing the death and if she had waited a few years, maybe they could have been a couple for a few years. They wouldn't last long as Cho cares more about her friend's opinion more than Harry's truth.
Dating Draco would mean losing the trust of the Weasleys and Hermione. Draco has made vile comments about Harry's dead mother, the Weasleys and Hermione. Harry would never betray the trust of the people who showed him love for one person.
