Ruby's POV
I woke up to Eddie talking.
"Get off me!" He said in a sarcastically mad tone.
"No I'm comfy."
"Get off!"
"No!" She said playfully smacking him.
He slowly turned his head around.
Then she jumped off the couch and ran into his room laughing.
"RUBY I SWEAR!" He said yelling which woke everyone.
When he finally came into the room he had a pillow with him and yelled.
"Pillow fight!"
Ruby grabbed a pillow but he started smacking her with his pillow before she could grab it.
"EDDIE!!" She screamed laughing.
He was laughing so much he couldn't talk.

2 Hours Later.

I sat on the top of the couch behind Eddie while Nancy tells us what vecna showed her.
She told us about monsters, 4 gates, and that he told her to tell eleven.
"We have to kill vecna." Nancy spat, sadness lingering in her voice.
"So we have to go to the upside down? No way." I said.
"Yeah, no." Steve whispered
"Nope, no way, nope." Eddie spoke moving his hands around like a mad man.
Thinking about going to the the upside down made me stressed, so I started playing with eddies hair.
"We have to!"
"If we are really considering this we need a plan." Robin spoke up.

30 minutes pass.

"I have an idea." Eddie stood up.
"Hmm?" She questioned.
After Eddie explaining his plan, we decided to follow it.
"So, red, you got a mask?"
Max looked like she had an idea.

I tried to hide my laughter but the stupid mask just looked so funny on him.
So I accidentally laughed a bit.
Eddie put his finger up to my lips and whispered.
"Be quiet!"
Then we slowly made our way to the huge van.
Luckily the window was unlocked so Eddie simply opened it and jumped inside.
I went in afterwards, in enough time to see him pull off the mask and whisper-yell, "that was suffocating."
He then locked the van door.
"Oh my god, are we really doing this?"
Everyone slowly came in, and Eddie was pushing two wires together, I had no idea what he was doing.
Then he was almost done.
"Uhm Eddie, I'm not sure I feel comfortable with you driving."
"I'm just starting this thing, Harrington's got it, don't ya big boy."
"When this thing starts turned on the news radio, just in case."
"K."
Finally Eddie finished starting the car, while the couple was banging on the door.
When the radio turned on, the news channel started.
"Jason carver found intoxicated, drugs in his system, we suspect that he was high , killed Chrissy Cunningham, and framed Eddie Munson, and Ruby Fraser. Eddie Munson, and Ruby Fraser are not in participation of the murder of Chrissy Cunningham." The news reporter spoke, his words sinking in, Jason had not done it, but our names were cleared.
Eddie started jumping and laughing and so did I.
"EDDIE! WE'RE CLEARED!"
"YES!"
Then I did something I didn't know I wanted to.
I cupped eddies face in my hands and kissed him.
I quickly pulled away.
Everyone in the van just stared.
Mine and eddies faces were tomato red.
We ran to sit down.
And we sat down in the back, max sat with Lucas.
I was looking out the window when I felt something.
It was Eddie, he had fallen asleep.
I was such an idiot.
Why did I kiss him?
He doesn't like me.
We are just friends.
Just. Friends.
Just friends.
