Brightens up my whole life
Would walk a thousand miles

Holds my life in his hands
Couldn't be a better friend
Is my brother not by blood
Dug me out of the mud

He cleaned me off, and I was a diamond

Held my heart and soul in his hands
Was a strong and steady friend
Was able to save me
