Eyes are an important part of reading someone. If you want to know how interested someone is in a conversation/ how uncomfortable someone is or even pressured you can get the answer from their eyes.
Eye contact
If you are talking to someone and they can't hold eye contact they are either:
Not interested or listening
Or they are nervous and can even feel threatened by you.
But if you see that they are looking at an exit, this indicates that they want to leave.
Direction
If someone is lying, their eyes will usually be looking up to the right.
If someone is telling the truth, they will be looking up to the left.
Pupils
If you are talking to someone and their pupils are wide/full that means they are interested with what you are saying and usually can relate. Or they might have feelings for you as if you have feelings for someone your pupils become bigger because you find them attractive.
If your talking to someone and their pupils are small, usually the case is that they are not interested in what your saying and your not being listened to, or they could be listening but not too engaged.
