Prologue

Nia has always been passionate about being a ballerina, but other than this, she is also a fan of the basketball super rookie Kaede Rukawa. Watching him play basketball is definitely one of the highlights of her day and she's contented with that; she's just there — supporting and admiring him from afar — and she knows she'll never be with him. But when fate decides to bring them together, Nia's world is turned upside down as she realizes that her love for him may be more than just a fancy distant admiration, feeling a spark between them and wondering if ever he feels the same way, and little did they know that this is where their story begins.

I've been a fan of Kaede Rukawa since his Tomigaoka days (if not earlier?). He is an exceptional player. Supporting him from afar was enough for me, especially that I'm from a known family, being linked to him might bad, as he is a private person, and I definitely understand that.

Everything was going well until all of a sudden...
