Chapter 3: This is like a dream come true

JONATHANS POV

"Shut up!" I yelled at Kaner

"I'm just saying, Lindsey is a bitch!" Kaner said. It really fucking gets me mad when he talks shit about Lindsey. Yeah she might not be perfect but nobody's perfect!

"And Emily's not?" I asked him. His girlfriend Emily can really be a bitch at times.

"At least Emily didn't f..." He started to say before I cut him off.

"I know.." I said my voice getting low

"Hey you wanna go get some yogurt?" Kaner asked

"Yeah why not?" I got up and walked out of my apartment into the hallway. Me and Kaner walked over to the elevator. It opened before I could push the button. I saw 3 figures walk out of the elevator. One was a girl with dark brown hair and dark tan skin. The other was a shorter girl with brown long hair. She was gorgeous. What am I saying? I have a girlfriend. The last one was Brandon Saad. Why was he here? With 2 girls?

"Hey!" Kaner said to Saader

The two girls stood there and looked shocked.

"Hey this is my friend Katelyn and that's her friend Megan. Their moving in room 544" Brandon said

Room 544? Thats the apartment right next to mine!

KATELYNS POV

I can't believe Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane are standing right in front of me.

"We're going for yogurt, wanna join us?" Patrick Kane asked

I really wanted to but I think they were only asking us that to be nice.

"Yeah let's go" Brandon said before I could answer

We walked down to a little yogurt place down the street. We ordered our yogurt and sat down in a little booth seat.

"So where are you girls from?" Patrick asked

"Well I'm from New Jersey then I moved to Pennsylvania and met Katelyn" Megan said

Just then a girl with blonde hair and orange skin with her boobs half way out walked in

"JONNY!" She yelled.

"Oh shit!" Jonathan and Patrick said at the same time.

The girl came running over to us and Brandon rolled his eyes.

"Um Jonny?" The girl came over to him and tapped his shoulder

Jonathan rolled his eyes and looked up

"Yes?" He asked

"What are you doing here with some sluts?" She asked

Slut? That kinda stung. Shake it off Katelyn!

I looked over at Megan and she looked pissed. She would of knocked that girls head off if Jonathan and Patrick weren't here.

"They're just friends" Jonathan said

"Friends my ass! Two could play at that game!" The girl said and she speed walked out the door.

Jonathan put his head in his hands I heard him whisper "fuck"

"Everyone's done? Let's go" Patrick said

We all got up and walked back to the apartment.

After me and Megan finished unpacking and Brandon decided to go back home.

"Oh my gosh! Is this all a dream?" Megan asked.

"What do you mean?" I said

"I mean, look this apartment is HUGE! Jonathan Toews and Patrick Kane are living right next to us! Brandon Saad is my best friends, best friend!" She said

I giggled. It was around 11:30 when I heard yelling. I really didn't pay much attention to it. Until around 11:45 when it got louder.

"Do your hear that Megan?" I asked

"Ya it's been going on for about 15 minutes!" She said

"I'm going to go check and see what it is" I got up and walked out of the door into the hallway and saw Patrick sitting across from his door on the floor with his head in between his knees

"Hey what's going on?" I asked him

He looked up surprised

"Lindsey... She cheated on him" Patrick said

"Is that the girl at the yogurt place?"

"Yeah she left and fucked some guy at a bar! And its not the first time she did this either!" He said

I walked over to the door and put my hand on the knob. I have to teach this bitch a lesson.

"I wouldn't go in there" Patrick said

"Why?"

"I just wouldn't" he said

I looked down and then started walking back to my apartment

"You coming?" I asked pat

"Fuck yeah! Party!" He yelled like a little kid. I giggle and we walked into my apartment. Megan was watching the news.

"What's going on?" She asked

Patrick explained everything about Lindsey and about her cheating on Jon.

We all talked about our life so we could get to know each other more. When the yelling stopped around 1:00 in the morning, Patrick decided to go back to his apartment.

"Before I leave, do you guys want to come to our game tomorrow?" Patrick asked. I didn't even have to think about my answer

"Yes!" Me and Megan said at the same time. It's been our dream to go to a Hawks game.

"Alright can I have your number so I can text you everything?" He asked. Me and Megan switched phones with him so he can put in his contact. And then he left.

Me and Megan left to go to our rooms. I put my phone on my dresser. BUZZZZ

I got up and checked my phone

Me:

Kaner:
Will do! Anyway I have practice tomorrow morning soo byeee

Me:
Byeeeee

I put my phone back on the dresser and took a deep breath. This is like a dream come true. I finally drifted to sleep.
