Mishka's Pov,
Right now we both are sitting in the balcony. I'm an introvert person it's difficult for me to start a conversation but once I get comfortable then you will get to see a new version of me.
"Hi Mishka, I really don't want to make things awkward in between us. I am straightforward person. Mom & Dad really likes you so I believe you are a nice person but for having a successful married life we have to be compatible. So, what's your opinion?" Ahan asked by breaking the awkward silence.
Of course I do agree with him. He seems to be a mature guy. " I agree with you totally. I think communication is the key. If we don't have a proper conversation then we will never find out whether we are compatible or not" I replied honestly. He nodded and then we started having normal talks. He is really a good listener. I never thought that I'll open up to someone so quickly. We kept on talking about stuffs and then mumma called us downstairs.
"So Mishka what do you think about Ahan? He seems to be a gentleman & very dedicated towards his work" Papa asked me after they left for their home. Wow! now papa is praising him. He seems to be more interested in getting me hitched. " He is nice Papa but I really need time to think & after only one meeting it's hard for me to decide." I replied sincerely. "Fine take your time. Now you both have each other's phone number so you can contact with him. Ultimately you have the right to take the decision" Papa replied and patted my back.
Ahan's Pov,
So now that I have initiated our talking, I want to take my words back. She is anything but pretentious. Surprisingly, I am enjoying our conversation. Maybe we can make it work in between us. But before moving forward I have tell her about my past but to my bad luck Sneha Aunty interrupted us.
After reaching home I keep thinking about her. Mom can't stop gushing over her. Even Dad is impressed. Honestly she is really a nice girl at least not a clingy one. You know that's a relief for me. But for now I just want to sleep keeping all my thoughts aside🥱.
