Y/n pov:
"Kate it's me... call me back as soon as you can please." This is the 35 time I've tried to call my girlfriend Kate bishop. She's been on a mission with my dad Clint.
After a few minutes I hear my front door open. I slowly grab the kitchen knife and approach the front door, only to see Kate looking down at the ground with cuts and bruises. "Kate?! What the hell happened?" I run up to her, dropping the knife along the way.
"Y/n, babe I swear it's nothing I've just had a hard day," she mumbles putting her bag on the floor and walking to the couch. All I do is sigh and sit down next to her. She looks at me with sad puppy dog eyes and I instantly know what she's asking for so I open my arms and let her curl up on my lap and hug me.
As we lay, curled up together on the couch I slowly start to move away from Kate. "What are you doing?" She says turning around to see me walking to the kitchen to get the first aid kit.
"I'm gonna help you,"
"You've already helped me,"
"No, I mean your cuts." I tell her as she gives me a smile and let's me tend to her cuts.
