"Arthit, slow down, what are you in such a hurry for?" Loona asked surprised

"I'm not mom" arthit replied, stuffing half of the sandwich in his mouth

"I can see that" aroon said, taking a seat beside arthit

Mumbling him a good morning which Aroon barely understood due to arthit's mouth filled with food, arthit stood up walking towards the main door

"Arthit! Coffee!" Loona yelled from kitchen

"I will have it at the office" they heard arthit yell back before he disappeared

"Do you think he has a girlfriend?" Loona asked

"A lover would be a better term as of now" aroon replied chuckling

Loona's eyebrows furrowed in confusion, isn't that the same thing? Arthit's lover would be his girlfriend, isn't that right?

Arthit hurried to his cabin, a wide grin visible on his face, confusing his employees, who weren't used to seeing their boss in such a happy mood

Hopping towards his cabin, arthit pushed the door open, his face held pure happiness for the first time in the last two years, walking in, his steps halted as he was met with an unexpected sight

There he was, kongpob, sitting on the couch, with a deep frown on his face, and beside him was seated someone arthit least expected to see

"Apple?" Arthit called

Both kongpob and apple turned their attention towards arthit's voice, arthit walked further in, closing the door behind him

The atmosphere surrounding the three was rather awkward, arthit glanced at Kongpob who looked uncomfortable, looking everywhere but at arthit

"Hi arthit, how have you been?" Apple's soft voice broke the silence

"Yeah, hi, I am fine, how about y..you?" Arthit asked, blinking multiple times, setting his eyes on apple

"I'm fine too, I just thought of visiting you once, its been years since we last met" apple replied

Arthit faintly nodded at her statement, turning to kongpob, he was about to speak when Kongpob spoke up instead

"I will let you both talk then, excuse me" Kongpob said in a tiny voice before hurrying outside the cabin

Arthit's eyes followed him leave and he immediately felt uncomfortable, this is not how he wished to start his first day being Kongpob's boyfriend

"You seem to have become quite successful, I'm glad" apple commented

"Thanks, but would you mind if I ask you the motive of coming here to visit me all of sudden?" Arthit asked, his voice cold and so were his expressions

"I just came as a friend arthit, I missed my friend and so.." Apple was cut by arthit

"You lost those rights, the rights to call me anything, I'm not related to you in any way, that's what I have come to believe and it would be convenient for the both of us if you do too" arthit replied

"Seems like you moved on" apple whispered

"And does that have to do anything with you? Don't look at me as if you were the victim apple, it was you who left me behind, I truly loved you, till the end" arthit replied, his voice getting harsher with every word

"I know it was my fault, all my fault, and I regretted it soon enough arthit, I wanted to ask you for a second chance, a second chance of us but you were never ready to even see my face" Apple said, looking right in arthit's eyes

"Why would I want to? Giving you a second chance would only hurt me harder" arthit replied

"Do you hate me that much now?" Apple asked

"More than that" arthit hissed through gritted teeth

"Though you didn't seem to find anyone else, are you sure you moved on?" Apple asked

"You never changed, did you? Do you remember you are married now? And are technically verbally cheating on your husband meeting your ex behind his back and talking all this nonsense?" Arthit asked, glaring

Apple glared back, she had nothing to come back with, at him, shifting her eyes to the door, she got on her heels before making her way towards the door

"And about finding someone" arthit's voice stopped her from walking further

"I have found someone you would never be able to become, no matter how hard you try" arthit said

Apple squinted her eyes at him, curious as to whom he was addressing

"Also, greet Kongpob properly before you walk out the building" arthit directed, sitting on his chair

Apple's eyes widened just a bit before they got back to their original size, the little smirk on arthit's lips didn't go unnoticed by her, and that was all it took for her to be confirm about the little piece of information

Arthit had just revealed to her, he was dating Kongpob, a man

This must be on the news apple told herself before walking outside

Arthit caressed his temple, all of this was something he never planned, and not even a minute later, the door pushed open as a rather worried kongpob walked in

"Are you okay? What nonsense did she utter?" Kongpob asked

Arthit sighed, feeling a little at peace, Kongpob's presence was enough to calm him

"Come here, please" arthit mumbled opening his arms wide

Kongpob walked over to him, snuggling into his arms, arthit held him tight, placing his head on his shoulder while kongpob patted his back

They stood the same way for about ten minutes, not wanting to let go, it just felt peaceful, calming and more than comfortable

"You trust me right?" Arthit asked

"More than my own self" Kongpob replied

"Perfect, that's all I needed to know" arthit whispered, softly kissing the others hair
