24: Comfort

The gang partied all night, played and watched the fireworks on midnight.

The tree houses are made for some members who wanna stay the night.

You, Shuji and Kisaki stayed with the other captains playing card and stuffs

It's 3am and only the captains and vice captains are left, the girls went home already so you're bored playing with a glass of juice when Kisaki spoke

"Too noisy... All of you get the hell out and go to your respective tree houses." He spat while playing cards with Chifuyu while Baji's laying down watching them while petting a cat Chifuyu brought for the sleepover

You, Mikey and Takemichi who's laughing and joking around looked at him in disbelief that he's kicking you out.

"Why can't we stay here?" You pouted at Kisaki

He rolled his eyes at you "What's the reason the Fifth division made 6 tree houses if we're just gonna stay in one?" One tree house for the president and vice, then the rest is for the divisions

"Yeah, plus Shuji keeps on snitching my cards to Kisaki. Get out you tall cheater!" Chifuyu shouted kicking Shuji on the leg

"Tch you won't win against him anyways~ We're out~" he spat pulling you up by the wrist and pulling you to the door

"Hmph, he's so boring" you whined walking to the third division's tree house with Shuji and Takemichi

"Y/n, you can sleep on our tree house.. we'll sleep with the third division instead" Mikey offered coming inside with Draken as he point at the nearby tree.

"It should be warm and cozy there" Draken continued as you stood up and grabbed your bag to go alone

"Really? Let's go sleep there too Shuji" Takemichi grabbed his pillow about to follow you when Shuji pulled him back

"No. We're. Not." He spat gazing down at Takemichi who now looks like he's about to pee his pants

You laughed and went to the other tree to climb carefully you sighed comfortably feeling the warmness of the small room. You leaned on the window looking at the circle of tree houses as you look at the windows one by one.

:On the first division tree, there's Baji shouting as Chifuyu cries in defeat for many times.

:The second division's tree's lights are out already since Hakkai and Mitsuya's taking care of Luna and Mana to sleep.

:On the next tree, Mikey's wrestling Takemichi, Shuji near the window smoking and Draken working out.

:The fourth division's captains are still on the shrine cleaning up the rest of the foods and utensils.

:The last tree shows the two silent guys, Sanzu and Mucho playing chess.

You yawned and lied down on the comfy blankets Draken put down with a note:

'Feel free to use if you need more'

You smiled thinking about today. You've never felt this happy and safe before.

You chuckled and closed your eyes thinking you found real friends- family

'I finally found my comfort group, my comfort people, my comfort place'

Your smile turned into a frown so easily upon getting your mind in reality

"But it all ends tomorrow.. The new year marks the start of the estimated time of success with Tetta's plan..."

You woke up feeling energetic than ever so you decided to go and annoy the guys

You silently climbed where Mikey and the others are sleeping

With an evil smile, you grabbed a pillow and started hitting them "Wake up assholes! Rise and shinnneeee!!!"

Meanwhile downstairs on the shrine, the twins already prepared breakfast and Kisaki is up early sitting on the stair when Hina arrived

"Hey Kisaki good morning!" She greeted with a grin and looks around

"Where's Y/n and Takemichi?" She asked curiously as Kisaki pointed at the third tree

The windows shows you jumping down on someone as Takemichi get up sleepily

You saw Mikey munching on his old looking towel so you decided to jump on him waking him up. You laughed when you accidentally kick the face of Takemichi who's silently sleeping beside Mikey

"Oh- I'm sorry" you apologized as he get up tiredly and climbed down the tree

"Y/n so freakin' noisy" Shuji followed jumping down to go and sleep on the other house

"Pres! Wake up, food's ready!" You kept waking Mikey up which obviously worked when you mentioned food

"Let's go, whatcha waiting for Y/n?" He got up faster than you like he wasn't just all sleepy a few seconds ago.

You got down and looked around for Kisaki but he wasn't around

"Where's Kisaki?" You asked Baji and Chifuyu since they were with him last night

"Oh, he left earlier" Chifuyu answered busy playing video games with Baji

"That's weird... maybe he has something to do.." you mumbled to yourself and went to bond with the other captains

You're riding Inui's bike since they picked you up to go home when you saw a familiar man on the arcades

"Stop the bike Inui." You pat his shoulder which he quickly obeyed and stops

"What's up? You wanna buy something m'lady?" Koko stops his bike beside Inui's

"No, just leave me here... I have something else to go to" you spoke as you got off

"You sure? You don't need us to accompany you?" " Inui asked you nod and waved while running to the other side of the road

"That's for sure Kisaki..." You whispered

You froze to your spot when you saw him walks to a girl who's sitting on a bench eating ice cream. He then extended his arms to her showing a teddy bear he won on the arcade

You furrowed your eyebrows as you realize who that girl is

"Hina.../Kisaki..."
