"Yes I have two quirks. Besides Electrification I also have Lightning. Electrification is my main quirk and I can't really control it all that much. I can my Lightning but I mainly use my first quirk. But when it goes out of control my second quirk does at well"Dunce face explains

Dunce face who is practically the dead last of the class has two quirks. What the actual hell is going on. How much do we really know about this kid. I have a feeling that he was lying about something but I don't know what.
