A couple of weeks had passed and that moment with Remus was never mentioned. Neither of them had the courage to touch upon the subject. It was Christmas already, and for Lyra's unhappiness, that meant coming home. She had just finished putting her things on her trunk as she let out a loud yell.

"AHHHHHHH! I don't wanna go home." And ended up whining like a kid. Alice laughed at her and Lee just replied:

"We can never have everything we want." With her foxy senses, Lyra could tell something was odd with her. Lee was great at hiding her emotions, but not from her best friend. But she chose to say nothing at that moment and they all headed out towards the entrance to the carriages. They were getting crowded and their small group wouldn't fit together in the same carriage, so Lyra took the opportunity to say:

"You guys go ahead, I'll wait the next one with Lee here." She said pointing to her friend beside her, and they all nodded getting on the carriage. As they ride away, Lyra finally asks:

"So, what's going on with you?"

"What? Nothing!"

"You're hiding something, I can tell." Lyra continued calm.

"You're good bitch." The girl just smiled at her waiting for her to answer "it's just some stressing things happened and now at the worst time I have to go back home and deal with my family, and I just can't handle them right now."

"Hey." Lyra said in a serious tone she does not use normally, which caused Lee to take a step back "You can handle this. You don't have to tell me right now what happened, I can see it's something big enough to bother you cause you're thick as fuck" Lee laughed out loud while Lyra continued seriously "We can talk calmly when we get back, know that I'll be here. And as much you don't want to face your family you're gonna have to do it. You might not want to, but you can. Cause you're you."

"Aw stop it Ly, I'm gonna cry." Lee said pushing her "You know I'm gonna be here too, right? I know your family's tough on you, but you can handle them too. You may look cute and all that shit but you're the baddest bitch I know."

"HELL YEAH SHE IS!" Suddenly Sirius appeared behind Lee scaring the both girls and Lyra sent an impatient look towards him and asked:

"How long have you been there listening?"

"Well, how long did you not want me to have listened to?"

"What?!"

"Oh dear Merlin, we just got here, we only listened that last part." Remus said growing tired of Sirius's bullshit.

"Hey, you ruined my fun!" Sirius said and everyone ignored him as the rest of the marauders walk past him, noticing the next carriage was arriving. Lyra discreetly walked towards Remus and bumped him.

"Hey, here's your sweater, and thanks again." She kindly said and he smiled back getting the blouse from her hands.

"Oh it was no big deal really." The girl was about to reply but was cut off by Sirius yelling at them:

"HEY LOVE BIRDS, GET IN HERE YOU CAN FINISH THAT LATER!"

"Merlin, I hate him." Lyra muttered to herself but Remus heard it and laughed out loud, making her laugh along side him while she blushed. As they both got on the carriage where James, Peter, Lee and obviously Sirius were already sitting, Lyra said:

"Hey Black that was an A and B conversation, so you can C your way out of it, okay?" Sirius was so shocked that he just there in silent watching her while everyone started laughing out loud and Lee added:
