Stars shimmer above
Twinkle against the night sky
Around a full moon
Dark sky above me
Please stay here with me awhile
I feel so alone
Moonlight of guidance
Help me to sleep peacefully
Or just to sleep well

Fields upon fields of pure peace

Nothingness to some
Middle of nowhere to more
Safe haven to me
I wish I didn't
Have to leave the place called home
Be forced to grow up
Exhaustion becomes
Too much for me to handle
