The shit I write
I like to call
Pity poetry
It's not poetry
Exactly
Because I'm not a proper poet
I can't rhyme well
Loop words correctly
Or describe the perfect flower's scent in summer
I am blunt
Straightforward
Obvious
I write about
All of the things bothering me
In jagged lined format
It's the same shit over
And over
And over again
I'm sad and depressed
My life sucks
I hope it doesn't take me to the grave
People have told me
Don't write that shit
You sound like an angsty kid
Grow up
Get over yourself
Find something either deep or happy to write about
I can't do that
Mainly because
I don't know how
So to those just tuning in
I write pity poetry
Because I can't do anything else
