Behind The Cedar Tree

During a sunny autumn afternoon
A girl peeked from behind the cedar tree
 Her eyes glimmered,
 like the pond water ,
Crystal clear and pure.

Oh! How I talked with her!
How I Gazed at her starry eyes,
 How she came by everyday,
 Bringing me joy.

  Until she didn't ,
Until she left.

Left me all alone
 Sulking in my existence
 Alone in the cedar forest,
 Alone beneath the huge mountains,
Alone under the clear black sky.

  Like leaves on trees,
 She left before winter
 But unlike them,
 She was forgone for Spring
 And for summer.

The same clear eyes,
 Now to think of them
Made my eyes water,
Like a waterfall flowing
In the middle of winter
Though Summer, Rain,
Spring and Fall.

Until the Waterfall stopped,
 And the stones became dry.
