"So..." Jin Woo hangs his word waiting for what Jin Ah will say. They are walking to school together the next Monday after the weekend's festivity.

"Yeah." Jin Ah mums. Not changing from when they went home after the awkward meeting of the foursome.

"Still saying there's nothing between you and Min Tae Gu?" Jin Woo says quietly.

"Yeah, nothing." Jin Ah stubbornly says. She is not ready to tell Jin Woo what she feels about Tae Gu.

Yet.

Jin Woo sighs. "Did I see wrong last weekend? You and my brother sat down together eating snack like you were on a date?"

"We were definitely not on a date." Jin Ah rolls her eyes although Jin Woo can't miss the blush spreads on her face. Knowing her, she'll deny the fact until she can't escape anymore.

Truthfully, Jin Woo was glad Jin Ah had someone with her to enjoy the festival. But it didn't stop him to get visibly annoyed that it was his brother. And that they looked chummy as hell.

There was something between them, he believed. Even naked eyes could see that. Their basketball team's group chat was loud yesterday when Tae Gu posted the Hello Kitty doll Jin Woo sure were now safely located somewhere in his best friend's room.

Or maybe the picture itself was from Jin Ah seeing that she commented on it. And yet, his stubborn best friend still said there was nothing between them.

"Nothing, my foot, even Tae Gu made his intention pretty clear in the said group chat." Jin Woo thinks inwardly. Although only him who could read between the lines.
