no ones POV: you recently came out to your family as Trans female to male, and needless to say it didn't go as well as you hoped it would, you always looked up to your parents, the things they said to you broke you, it make you feel worthless you felt alone,

you sat down at your desk in CatCo thinking about everything that happened you pulled your hood up sitting down getting your article started you couldn't concentrate. Kara saw this and walked over to you

Kara: hey y/n u okay?

Y/n: mhm

Kara: you seem upset did something happen are u hurt or something?

Y/n: in what way we talking about hurt?

Kara: i don't know are u ok

Y/n: i'll be fine...

*Kara nodded hugging you lightly and went back to work the day went by very slow Lena came into CatCo and smiled at Kara it was game night you didn't feel like it today

Kara walked to the elevator were Lena was

Lena: u coming y/n?

Y/n: i'm going to skip tonight

Kara: oh...okay then

*Kara was worried she could tell Lena was now worried You never missed game night they said bye and left talking in the elevator you turned your laptop off packing up walking home

ones you got home you sat on the couch and started crying again remembering the things your parents said you thought you would have there support but you clearly didn't

you whipped your tears and change into fresh pjs and laid on the couch watching your favorite comfort movie until you heard a soft knock on the door maybe it's your parents coming to apologize

you rushed to the door it was Kara and Lena

Y/n: oh hey

Lena: hey darling you okay?

Y/n: i'm fine shouldn't

Kara: we came to cheek on you can we come in?

*you nodded as they walked in yous sat on the couch*

Kara: what's wrong y/n i can tell something is up

Y/n: nothing

Lena: your sad and you've got red puffy eyes

*you looked at Lena and Kara as a tear rolled down your cheek Kara and Lena hugged you*

Kara: come on tell us you know we would never judge you, your like are little baby we love you

*you looked at them*

Y/n: i i came out to my parents....

*Kara and lena nodded*

Y/n: a a as t trans a and they just started shouting at me...calling me awful things a and it just made me feel worthless and like i'm a disappointment, i i don't have any family now

Kara: hey first of all your parents dork deserve you alright and 2nd of all you are not a disappointment and you aren't worthless your amazing okay and 3rd of all you do have a. family

y/n: who?

Lena: us silly Me, Kara, the superfreinds okay we are your family

*you teared up and sniff Kara and Lena hug you again*

Lena: may i ask something

Y/n: yea?

Lena: are you female to male?

*you nodded*

Lena: okay

*Lena smiles it made you smile as well*

Kara: sooooo you coming to game night nowwwwww

y/n: okayyyy

*Kara and lena smile*

Kara: you know y/n we are so proud of you

Y/n: t thank you

*you smiled as yous went to game night it made you feel better talking about the situation after a few weeks you came out to the rest of the superfreinds witch they where all supportive it made you happy

does it still hurt that your family don't support you yes ofc and it will always hurt, but you have people who do support you and you feel lucky to have them all in your life especially Kara and Lena!
