Chapter 27:

Home Sweet Home

Alli's Perspective

I was so nervous. What if they didn't like me? What if they think my dress is

too short? A million scenarios ran through my mind. I must have looked in the

mirror a thousand times and each time I found something wrong with me. "Babe you

look fine." Keaton wrapped his arms around me and pulled me into him, blocking

my view of the mirror. Probably a good thing, "What if they don't like me?" I

whispered into his shoulder. Keaton lifted my face up.  "Listen to me. Your

gorgeous and amazing and the nicest person. I could go on forever. Wesley and

Drew are the toughest judges and they love you. They would probably kill me if I

let you go." I smiled. "There's that beautiful smile," Keaton kissed my forehead

and took my hand, leading me to the car.

Keaton's Perspective

How could she think my family wouldn't like her? She was so amazing and gorgeous

and ugh. Just everything about her was perfect. I knew my family would fall in

love with her as soon as they see her. "We're here," I cooed. I could see Alli's

tense up. I reached across the seat and rubbed her leg. "I love you and so will

they." She smiled. Oh how I loved to see her smile. It literally brightened my

whole day. Week. Month. Year. Life. I helped her out of the car and held her

hand. Whenever she squeezed it, I made sure to squeeze it back and place a

protective arm around her. I opened the door and saw Alli's take a breath.

"We're home!" I yelled.
