The Papers (A Romione Story)

-Hermione's Pov-

*Going to the bedroom*

I hurried to our room to slide on my shoes. I could hear the constant thumps on the floor

While rolling my eyes I didn't pay attention to where I was headed then BANG!! I feel into the drawer and stubbed my toe

I bent down to check for any cuts or scratches but none were there

I continued to walk to the bedroom aside from the THROBBING pain in big toe

I bent down to look for my favorite shoes, Stuffing all of my shoes under my bed was a habit but these shoes were special to me because they were so very beautiful and comfortable! They were my style!!

And also Ron got them for me.....but not that THAT MATTERED

I put the casual shoes around my tiny feet slipping them over my CRUSTY  heel

Where was I going you may ask? Luna's house, Ginny and Harry were on vacation and I hadn't seen Luna in years.

She said it was okay to come to her house or her and her partners house, because I hadn't seen her in years I didn't who who she had married or if she even had KIDS!

I hadn't kept in contact with many people from my Hogwarts class except for Harry and Ginny of course, which got kind of boring at times

Since we were in the new muggle world I had no new friends. Our neighbors thought of us as weird and crazy which I always dreaded because there was alway no one to vent to about things in our relationship

I often thought about my time at Hogwarts and the war which we were all recovering from especially Ron

Thoughts flooded his head day after day about Fred's death and he was often haunted by it

His nightmares got worse and worse every day and to the point where we both couldn't handle it and decided to sleep in different rooms for a portion of our relationship

He still struggles and that is just one of many things that has taken a toll on our relationship

After putting on my shoes I pushed my way up off of our carpet.

I grabbed the golden knob to our door and hurried out. I looked for the keys to my muggle car and walked out the door.

We were just getting used to muggle life after many years of using magic, so we tried to fully get rid of magic in our family until Rose and Hugo go to Hogwarts which we were now contemplating

We also decided to get rid of all magic because our neighbors already started to think of us as weird before knowing that we can perform life ending MAGIC!

I walked down the driveway and entered our car using the keys to start up the engine, after a few tries of trying to start the musty car it finally started to run

I put the car in reverse and left the driveway

So many thoughts flooded my mind as I left our house, mainly about our argument that had just occurred

And most of those thoughts were about the things that I said. I regretted saying that I didn't want to be Ron's wife anymore but it was true.

It was true........ It was ........ true I thought to myself over and over
