TWO AND A HALF YEARS LATER

"DO YOU NEED ANY HELP?"

Jeong Yeonwoo glared at the hand that was offered to her, choosing to respond in an icy voice, "I've got it, thanks."

Han Seojun laughed; he found her callousness amusing, and that only made her expression all the more grumpy. But he kept his hand held out, and sang, "I think you're going to need all the help you can get."

She groaned, "Ugh, fine," and took his hand, letting him pull her further up the hill. "How much longer?"

"Patience, Yeonwoo-ah. Look, we're already here!" They walked towards the headstone with the numerous number of plants and flowers surrounding it. Along with the first Yeonwoo had planted, she had grown more. Magnolia and wisteria, hyacinth and honeysuckle adorned the space surrounding Seyeon's headstone, as well as the pictures Suho and Seyeon had set up over the years.

Yeonwoo groaned, "Gosh, I've just been terrible to you lately, haven't I?"

But Seojun just massaged her shoulders and said understandingly, "I understand honey, it's the hormones."

"Or it's the fact that I've been married to you for barely a year, and yet here we are."

"It's not just my fault!" Seojun burst out.

At this, Yeonwoo had the grace to blush. "Alright, fine. Now are you going to be the one to break the news to Seyeon, or am I?"

He thought about it for a moment. "How about we do it together? On the count of three, one, two, three!"

"We're going to be parents!" They shouted together, their jubilant voices echoing over and down the hillside.

"We wanted you to be the first to know that I'm pregnant, Seyeon-ah," Yeonwoo said, her eyes glinting with tears that were a mixture of joy, yet sorrow that he wasn't here in person.

(But she swore in that moment, she could feel a warm presence that could only be described as a hug. She decided to tell Seojun tonight, just before they slept, as was their routine of telling each other all about their day).

Her husband put an affectionate arm around her shoulder. "We miss you a lot, buddy. But we hope you'll watch over us, and protect our little bun."

"I'll tell our baby all about you. I'll tell her all about her amazing uncle, my brother, all our happy memories. And especially how you're now a star shining brightly in the sky." She patted her stomach, which wasn't even showing the slightest sign of a bump yet.

"How are you sure our baby is going to be a girl?"

"Guess!"

"Another guessing game?"

Yeonwoo shrugged. "It's part of the fun."

"But I always end up being wrong!" Seojun whined.

"Just try!"

"Alright, fine. Uhh, you had some sort of epiphany?"

Yeonwoo gasped. "That's right! Well ... it was more of a dream. It all started when I found myself in a flower field, and then ... "
