michael is a severely depressed teenager who sleeps a lot and hides his emotions. one day, after he nearly overdoses and is blacked out in the hospital, he has a dream that is all too realistic. so, he decides to see a psychiatrist about it, who suggests he writes dream journal entries, or just diary entries, as a therapeutic way of coping with his problems.

as nights go on, his dreams seem to become longer and more vivid, and he takes specific note of a boy that accompanies him. he always seems to be in his dreams, always seems to be on his mind. michael isn't sure if he should be happy that he has a "friend" or scared that he may just be going insane.

so this fic will most likely have some trigger warnings, as well as it will be written as diary entries for the most part.

i can't wait to write this! i did a crap job explaining it, but i swear it'll be really great! (not to mention really sad)
