"I mean yes I do, I care for him very deeply," I said smiling, he then pats me on the head
"Good," he says and disappears into flower petals "Till next time Y/N,"
I smile and nodded. I then sat back onto the petals and fiddled with the flowers that are falling from the tree.
Present:
Y/N POV
I woke up and looked outside it was still dawn, I decided to get up and train. I changed into my demon slayer uniform and wore my haori, I fixed my hair and grabbed my nichirin blade, and then noticed a note on Shinobu's futon...
'I had to leave around 11 pm, because I had a mission, sorry! I had a lot of fun though!- Shinobu'
I smiled and placed it back, I walked out to Mitsuri's training grounds. I then prepared my stance and breathed. 'Tenth form, fire wheel' I then jumped and quickly moved my blade downward in a circular motion causing it to cut the rock cleanly in half. I then practiced some more breathing techniques. I then decided to practice normal combat, I took off my haori and the top part of my uniform, I was wearing an undershirt. I then continuously punched the rocks, even though my knuckles were bleeding, I didn't feel any pain, I then broke the stone in half. I panted.
"Y/N?" I heard someone call out my name, I turned around and saw Muichiro
"Ohayo, Tokito-san!" I said smiling brightly at him, he then rushed towards me and held both of my hands
"Y/N your knuckles are bleeding," he says "Why were you punching the rock?"
"I was practicing combat training without my blade, usually I have Onii-chan to spar with me, but he isn't here," I chuckled and rubbed the back of my neck, he then shooked his head
"Stay here, I'll go and get the bandages and alcohol swabs," he says as he leaves for his estate, he then returns and sanitize my wounds and wrapped them with bandages tightly
"Thank you Tokito-san!" I said smiling, both of our crows then circled above of us
"Caw caw! Meeting! Meeting!" they both said, I then got up and wore my uniform and my haori, I picked up my nichirin blade
"Come on, let's go," Muichiro says as he grabs my wrist and pulls me, we then arrived at the Ubuyashiki estate, where the rest of the pillars were standing and were holding a familiar boy.
"Tanjiro?" I asked, I then looked at Shinobu
"Shinobu what is Tanjiro doing here?" I asked curiously
"Tanjiro Kamado has been traveling with his biological sister who is a demon," Shinobu explains
He then wakes up.
"Who- Who are you? Y/N?!" he asks in confusion
Muichiro POV
I became furious, he was on a first-name basis with her. I became jealous and released her wrist and stood away from her, from afar I could tell that she was hurt.
Y/N POV
"Idiot! You are talking to the pillars!" the Kakushi scold him
"Tanjiro Kamado, this is the Ubuyashiki estate, you are on trial right now," Shinobu explains
"There's no need for trial!" my older brother exclaimed "Protecting a demon is a clear violation! We can deal with this ourselves! We're going to behead him along with the demon!"
"In that case, I will be glad to decapitate him flamboyantly! I'll show you the most flamboyant blood spray you'll ever see! I'm taking max flamboyantly
"Ah, what a pitiful sight this boy is, the poor soul. It's a tragedy that he was even born," Gyomei said
Muichuro POV
'What was the shape of the cloud again? What was it called?' I thought to myself
Nobody's POV
"Let's put him out of his misery," Gyomei says
"Yeah!" Kyojuro agrees
"Guys, let's just wait for Oyakata-sama," Y/N tells them and attempts to calm them down
"Let's do this more flamboyantly!" Tengen cheers
"Forget that, what will we do with Tomioka-san?" Iguro-san says "Kocho-san says that Tomioka-san broke the corp rules too. What shall we do about this? How shall we take responsibility? What price shall he pay? Right now he's not even tied up and it's giving me a headache," Obanai says
'Iguro-san, you're as serpent-like as ever! Such a nag! I love how pesky you are!' Mitsuri thinks 'Tomioka-san! All by himself in the distance! How cute!'
"We don't need to worry about him, I'm more interested in questioning the boy. We can consider a suitable punishment for Tomioka-san later," Shinobu said "Tanjiro Kamado, why do you bring a demon with you as a member of the demon slayer corps?"
"My sister! My-" Tanjiro starts to cough
"Here, drink some water. You broke your jaw, it contains painkillers so you'll feel better, but don't push yourself too hard, your wound hasn't healed yet," Shinobu says giving Tanjiro water to drink
"Tanjiro...Can you explain why you have a demon with you?" Y/N kneels down and asked with a gentle smile
'Kyaaaaaaa! Y/N is so cool and kind!' Mitsuri thinks
"My younger sister was turned into a demon, I went out and my family was attacked by a demon. They were all dead except my sister Nezuko! Nezuko has never eaten any humans and she never will!" Tanjiro shouts
"Stop sputtering nonsense! I don't trust what you say! She's your sister, of course, you would protect her!" Obanai says pointing at him
"He's been possessed by a demon. Kill him so we can set him free," Gyomei says praying
"Please! Hear me out! I became a demon slayer to help Nezuko! It's been more than two years since she became a demon! She still hasn't eaten anyone! Y/N, please!" Tanjiro begs
"Don't beg for Y/N! Your talking in circles. Hasn't eaten any humans!" Tengen scoffed "Will never eat humans in the future? Don't just talk! Show me some flamboyant proof!"
"What kind of bird is that..." Muichiro muttered to himself
"I do have my doubts, you know. I can't imagine the Master being in the dark about this situation." Mitsuri slightly turned red "Do you really think it's okay to deal with him without his permission?"
"My sister has fought alongside me! She will fight and protect mankind!" Tanjiro yells
"What the hell are you trying to pull here?" Sanemi asks as he carries the box that contains Nezuko
