Arlo POV: Royal Café: 7:45 AM
Arlo still had school today, hence that's why he dragged Cecile and his Aunt to the cafe before his first-class started at 9. He wondered where Valerie was, Cecile didn't mind waking up and she made decent enough conversation for the time being. She texted him something about having important files and claimed that he NEEDED to walk with her to the location. He obliged and walked the whole way with her. Along the way, he asked what exactly she found out. All he got was a "later"
And so here he was
Out of the corner of his eye, he saw a black SUV pull up and a tall and important-looking woman step out of it before it pulled away. A few moments later, a red-haired woman approached the blonde and they began walking towards Arlo and Cecile
He saw his Aunt Valerie approach him with her co worker and they sat down at the table he was at
"Hello Arlo!" happily said Valerie, "Long time no see" she smiled
Arlo smiled at her and greeted her
"And who is this lovely young lady" asked Valerie
"This is Cecile. She's the witness I mentioned, she's nothing more then an aquantiance so don't get any ideas" Arlo said with a smirk
Cecile gave him a look he couldn't decipher but he decided against acting on it
"And who is that" asked Cecile before Arlo could speak
"Why this is Kassandra, she is my boss and a former Wellston alumni"
Cecile practically spit out her drink
"I KNOW YOU" she said astonished
Kassandra smiled "And how may that be?"
Cecile gave a look of somewhat disgust "Rei spoke of you beforehand. Said you were very powerful"
Kassandra laughed "Oh yeah! I had heard of him. He really wasn't a good king....."
Cecile just laughed awkwardly "You can say that again" she spoke with a smirk
Arlo respected Rei but these people were tarnishing his memory. He figured it wouldn't be worth starting an argument
"Anyways Arlo, what do you have for me today?" asked Valerie
Arlo motioned to Cecile who removed several files out of her jacket
She laid them on the table
Valerie and Kassandra looked puzzled
Cecile spoke confidently "I have definitive evidence that headmaster Vaughn is actively working against the government and is guilty of crimes ranging from tax evasion to murder."
Kassandra looked stunned
"He belongs to a shadow organization known as SPECTRE which has been known to steal peoples abilities"
Valerie gave Kassandra a look and Kassandra just nodded
"Hey honey mind if I take these files? Some higher ups will really appreciate seeing these" Valerie asked demenaingly
Ceile just nodded "Do you guys know of a Mark also? He was an omni tier who Vaughn and some students beat in a fight and no one has seen them since"
Kassandra gave Cecile a strange look "I know every employee of the authorities and not once have I ever heard of a Mark" she was clearly lying but Cecile knew better then to press it
Valerie reached across the table to take the files
Arlo asked her a question once she had them "Will we see any changes at school because of this?"
