Creation - can create any non living thing by manipulating his energy to form the object like a phone
(Basically momo's quirk but just using his energy)
Blood transfer - can change the Dna of a person by using his own blood the person will have to consume the blood
(Won't always work)
( they will have to survive the transformation. and if the dont they will loses their minds and die after awhile)
Summon bonding - the user can allow his summons to bond with a person of his choosing for a limited period of time.
( if a person bonds with a summon they gain the attributes of the summon like a lightning dragon they gain the ability to use lightning and all the quality's of a dragon only for 30 minutes)
