Vacation Chapter 7

"In my timeline, Shadow was the only villain in our town that has able to escape whenever there's a battle but he would always come back to try and kill me and Blaze. We were able to stop all villains except for Shadow."

"I'm so sorry."

"It's alright. It's not your fault."

"By the way, You were amazing out there."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

"Thanks. You did too."

Silver smiled at you and then sighed a bit.

"What's wrong?"

Silver looked at you.

"Nothing. Don't worry about it." Suddenly, he was getting a call from Blaze.

"Excuse me." He stood up and walked to a different room.

You watched him leave and sighed a bit.

"I feel bad for him. Maybe there's a way to cheer him up."

You thought for a minute until you got an idea.

A few hours later, you ran to your friends.

"Guys! Pack up! We're going on a trip!"

"Where are we going?" Amy asked.

"You'll see!" Y/N said with a smile."

When everyone was packed up, you all got into your van and you started driving to your destination. When you arrived, you parked your van and got out.

When everyone else did, they widened their eyes. They saw a cruise ship that was nearly ready to set sail. They all looked at you surprised.

"That's right! I booked us all a cruise for a 3 day vacation!"

Sonic's face turned white as he heard the word cruise. You quickly grabbed Sonic as he tried to speed away. As he continued to try running, you looked at him, waiting for him to stop.

"Come on Y/N! You know I hate water!"

"It's for Silver, Sonic. Do it for our guest."

"Wait? For me? Why?"

"Because I felt bad for you when you were having your past...or future problems so I wanna make you day worth something while you're here."

Silver smiled softly.

"Wow. Thanks Y/N. That's very nice of you." Silver hugged you gently.

You blushed gently and hugged back.

"Let's go guys!" Amy said as the others followed. Amy grabbed Sonic and dragged him with.

"Come on Amy..."

"Just district yourself with something." Amy said.

You all arrived at the cruise and began to have some fun. Sonic stayed in the room he was booked in and decided to try and read to get his mind off of the water.

"After a long day of a relaxation, Silver called your name.

"Hey Y/N. Come here."

You followed Silver and sat next to him at the deck.

"What is it Silver?"

"I can't thank you enough for what you did. Things have been so complicated for me and you are just so willing to help me. I thank you and your friends."

"You're welcome Silver. I don't want you to have a hard time while you're here so I thought I help lighten the mood."

"It's very kind of you." Silver looked into your eyes with a soft smile.

You blushed as you looked at his glowing yellow eyes. You smiled back and noticed that he started leaning in. You started to lean in as well until you two kissed gently under the sunset.
