Saiki's POV:

I had teleported back to my starting point. The civilians had calmed down and went back to whatever they were doing before the crisis occurred. The atmosphere was no longer tense, and I had went on with my day.

[I wonder if they have cafés that sell coffee jelly in this dimension. If they don't, I'm gonna mess it up in every possible way I can think of.]

I mentally threatened, walking down the sidewalk. I was starting to get hungry. I can go for days without eating, but it gets annoying after a while, especially when I'm sweet deprived.

I remembered to take my wallet and a cellphone before leaving, that was the bare minimum. I had approximately 45,075 yen, so I brought it to prevent my parents, or anyone, from taking my money. I looked around, scouting for a café.

Settling in this dimension was the better option. If I can't think of any methods to go back to my dimension, it would be smarter to get used to my current dimension. I wouldn't want to end up starving in an alleyway begging for a penny.

[Bingo! This café looks promising. It reminds me of the one Mera Chisato worked at. It served the best coffee jelly and the restaurant was rather calm.]

I was relieved. However, despite the small size of the building, I doubt that only a small group of people would be inside, judging by the amount of civilians passing by.

I carefully twisted the doorknob and entered the building. It smelled sweet. The atmosphere felt comforting, and I could hear the very few thoughts of people savoring the desserts.

[I hear a very little amount of thoughts. And even if I do, they're not as intrusive and disturbing as usual.] My face enlightened, a small warm smile drew on my lips. I focused on the thoughts of the customers, seeing if I could get an idea of what the dishes were like.

[Their cheesecakes are so sweet! Good to know. I could stay here for days, Don't. but I've got after school activities.. How unfortunate.]

[This coffee jelly is delicious! COFFEE JELLY?! I wanna order more, but it'd be exhausting for the chefs, and I might get weird looks for it. Are you an angel?]

I got internally excited, my mind felt at ease. This had to be something to make up for my stealth, and act of not-messing-a-timeline-up. Thank God.

I walked up to the receptionist.

"Welcome to Tsukki Café!~ How many people are there with you?" The kind lady asked, wearing a neat maid outfit.

The skirt was going down to her knees, and she was wearing black thigh high socks. She wore clean white shoes and had poofy sleeves on her shoulders. A maid headband could be seen on her head, along with 2 white bows on the sides, and a big white bow behind her back.

[I admire the cleanliness of this outfit. This café must be worth paying.]I thought.

"A table for one please, I'm here by myself." I telepathically replied. She bowed, and led me to an average sized table that had a small napkin and a menu on it.
