Chapter 13 Open Wound

(Julian's POV)

I was laying in bed

No one was around and I couldn't find my mate anywhere

Her scent was gone, as if she were never here

That was the most horrifying thought

Just like that, my bedroom door opened

In walked Lenny, with red puffy eyes and a red nose

"Lenny? What's that the matter?" I asked her, trying to sit up

Now that I wanted to her sister, that made Lenny family and we always take care of family

"It's Ella" she cried

My body stiffened

"Why about her?" I asked, ignoring the pain in my shoulder

"She is in the basement" Lenny said to me

I felt my heart drop

I didn't say anything, I just through all the blankets off of me and tried to stand up

"What are you doing?" She asked, walking over to me

"Where do you think? I'm getting Ella and then killing the one who did this" I told her

She looked into my eyes and then shook her head

"What?" I asked her

"It was Karen" she told me

(Red's POV)

Those men hadn't come back yet

They were giving my back time to heal, before they came back

They actually thought I was a traitor

Only if they would just let me explaine

Julian was in danger, just not from me

They should be worried about Luis, he was the one that was going to try and harm the Alpha

Yet I'm the one down here, with my back in pieces

Just like that, I heard the creak of the door

My heart started pounding once more

It couldn't be!

My back wasn't healed yet

They waited at least 20 minutes, for my back to heal, atleast 6 times now

I tried to move my hands, but my wrists were tied

I was facing down, with my breasts pressed against the a small mattress

My hands and ankles were tied down

I struggled against the cuffs, as the sound of pounding footsteps got closer

"I haven't healed yet" I called out

"I know" I heard a fimiliar voice

I turned my head and saw Christopher

"What are you doing here?" I asked

"I wanted to check on you" he told me

"Well, I would love to attend to you, but I'm a little...tied up" I said

He chuckled and shook his head

"Listen, I don't know who you are, but something about you, make me want to help you" he told me
