5; date

turning around in front of my mirror, i stopped and look at myself from head to toes. i wore my normal ripped jeans and a hoodie for my date with jiung. it was currently 5pm so i had another 15 free minutes. putting make-up was not really my style but whatever.. a little won't hurt.

"mom, i'm leaving"
"okay darling. don't be late"
my mom yelled back from her room. she prolly busy behind the computer, finishing her work
"nah, i'll bring you pizza"
i stood another minute to wait for her response but too sad.. i didn't get any so i left the house, locking the frontdoor.

i look one last time in my phone before putting it in my hoodie.
"this is it"
i said to myself and entered the cafe. i look around and saw that it was pretty crowded.
"yn!"
i stood on my toes to look over the people their shoulders when i saw jiung sitting at a table for two, waving at me. i smiled and went to him
"a hoodie for date.."
"a weird ass cafe called 'offlohi' for a date?"
"c'mon the cafe is not that bad"
i laughed as i sat in front of him. he looks good tho, no joke. he eyesmiled me as he handed me the menu.
"just order anything"
"not everything bro"
he raised his eyebrows making me stop in my tracks and nervously laugh. wtf did i just say?! i'm so fucking- i could faint right here, right now. he laughed it off by breaking this awkward silence i caused.
"so, made your decision?"
"i'll have the strawberry cheesecake and a frosty"
"then i'll have the double chocolate cake with coke"
i hummed in response as he stood up to order. i lowered my head and smiled with myself like an idiot. my first real life date with.. my crush?

waiting for him as i look around i heard notifications from his phone that was in front of me. i didn't wanna be rude but the messages kept coming making it pretty annoying. so i took his phone and widened my eyes when i saw that it didn't had a password. i unlocked his phone and read the messages that were send by.. jessi

i turned my head and look down to my ass. i mean.. mine is not that big like hers but.. i do have ass!

i scoffed and rolled my eyes and threw his phone on the table when jiung came walking to me with the food. he smiled at me making me scoff again.
"so here's your cheese-"
"bro"
"don't bro me. we can go further than that"
i stood up and was about to walk away when he held my arm making everyone in the shop look at us.
"leave.me.alone"
"what happened"
i pulled my arm out of his hand and left the shop. walking away as i hear jiung running behind me, calling my name. i started running so he would stop following me but that didn't work. he still ran after me when he stopped me by holding both of my shoulders and pulled me back, my body hitting his chest.
"what's wrong?"
"jiung, please. let me go"
"no tell me!"
he grabs my wrist, holding it tightly and pushed them back and forth.
"jiung let go!"
suddenly jiung fell on the ground, holding his left eye. the person who punched him stood in front of him. i widened my eyes when the person suddenly held my arm and pulled me away from jiung. we started running and stopped at a place far enough from where jiung fell down.

"did he hurt you?"
"theo?"
he removed his cap and went through his hair with his hand making me blush at the sight. dammit! stop!
"did he hurt you?"
"no he didn't. are y- you uh.. mad?"
"yes and no"
i gulped when he came closer to my face and bit his lip.
"and i'm sorry i tracked your phone"
"you promised that-"
"and you promised not to go on dates"
"i-"
"we're both at fault"
i rolled my eyes making him chuckle.
"let's go grab some food princess"
i lowered my head and started blushing.. again. i nod my head and followed him.

we sat down in this restaurant that is famous for their spicy friend chicken. we ordered and sat down waiting for the food when theo's phone started ringing. he smiled and stood up
"yeah mom"
were the only words i heard before he walked away. i look around and saw that a woman came walking to us. she handed us our food and walked away. not long after, theo came and sat down so we began to eat. we made eye contact and smiled at eachother if we look up but still, there was this silence between us.
"thank you"
he stopped eating and raised a eyebrow, looking at me
"for- i wouldn't say saving but yea"
"but why did you leave?"
"jessi texted him, saying i was easy and weak and that i got no ass. like cmon i do have a little bit and-"
"you do have"
i froze and squinted my eyes
"let's move on.. yeah so she said- she spoke bad things about me"
"well, now we know she's fake"
"she wouldn't speak like that if you didn't told her lies!"
"i reget doing that"
"because of you, i'm the weirdest girl in school, everyone hates me. my first date was all fake.. ugh idk why i dressed up"
"jeans and a hoodie isn't dressing up, i see you everyday in these kinds of clothes. yea i heard rumors about that, that they judge you and shit. but now you know who's fake and who's not"
he made a point
"but still theo, you ruined my life"
he lowered his head and hummed in response

"i- actually am not a bad person yn"
"huh?"
"you took everything from me"
"what did i take?"
"you'll soon know"

my night ended with us going to the ice cream store and amusement park before saying goodbye. i laid on my bed that night thinking how i had a great night with the boy i hated so much. i sighed and closed my eyes and drifted off to sleep
