Peter and I lay side by side gazing at the stars. (This is where NYC isn't polluted like it should be, and you can actually see stars.) "there's the Big Dipper!" I point out to him. "Oh yeah! And there's Orion!" He points, across my face. "Yeah." I reply. I suddenly see a shooting star and frantically whisper "shooting star! Shooting star! Didya see it Peter?" "Yeah!! Wow it was so cool!" "We gotta make a wish." I tell him, so for 30 seconds we silently wish. Afterwards I say "what did you wish for?" "I can't tell you that! It wont come true!" He says. "Aww, come on. That's superstition." "And so is wishing on a star." "Fine. Whatever. Be that way." I tell him. "Well, I actually want this to come true. So, I'll show you instead." "Okay." I say, wondering how Peter will show me. He props himself up on his elbows and looks at me. He leans in and kisses me. I immediately respond and kiss him back. We kiss slowly and for a long time, each savoring the moment and each other. "So, you wished to kiss me?" I tease him. "Nah. I wished for something I already have. You. I wished that I could spend the rest of my life with you because I love you more than anything. You complete me, Gwendolyn Maxine Stacy." "Well, I hope that comes true as well. You complete me, Peter Benjamin Parker. You are my other half." I tell him. He tears up and smiles so big at that, we both start laughing. And of course, laughing in bed led to a massive pillow fight. "Surrender, evil fiend!" Peter yells at me. "Never, evil fraud!" I yell back as I hit him in the face with the pillow. We're out of the bed running around the balcony of the clock tower. I smack Peter in the chest and his ankles lock on the edge of the tower. His arms windmill and he falls backwards 20 stories off the building. I look down, but a fire escape blocks my view. I scream and start crying, thoroughly concerned for Peter. I stand looking over the edge wondering what to do when I'm suddenly smacked in the back with a pillow. I turn to see Peter smirking at me looking totally fine. I realize what he did, he wall climbed back around and faked the whole thing. "Peter! You little!" I yell at him as I take fast strides towards him. "Hey now, don't be-" he starts but never gets to finish. I kiss him furiously, letting all my anger out into the kiss. Anger at how perfect, obnoxious, and annoying he can be. Soon we break apart and he carries me back to the bed and arranges the pillows. We lay down and snuggle together, both tired. We quickly fall asleep and dream about each other.
