••Hello again lovelie! I did try shifting tonight so I'm going to tell you how it went.••

☘️Unfortunately, no, I didn't not shift. But I will eventually. I think my problem is that I was to distracted and I was thinking about more things other than trying to relax. I'm going to try again tonight since I already took a 3 week break and I'll be sure to focus. Now, on with the methods I used etc.☘️

🐸So the method I used is the one ive been using. You can go look in my previous part to find out what I did. I've been using that method for a while now so I think I'll be trying to sunni method tonight.🐸

🍃I did my basic shifting routine nothing I did was different from it. But I meditated shorter than my original time since I get bored easily and I was more tired.🍃

🥭The subliminal I used was super helpful they counted for me but of corse I repeated the number in my head. Also another thing I didn't put in my "shifting method" part is that I also say affirmations before and after I start the subliminal. I didnt do that last night because i was too tired so i think the only thing I did was visualize.🥭
