❥Hello again sweetie! I'm just going to explain the basic things I do when I'm trying to shift.

❥So first I make sure I drink a decent amount
of water a day (𝐈𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐬𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐩 𝐚𝐥𝐬𝐨 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐰𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐲𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬) but I don't drink a lot because I don't want the sudden urge to pee while I'm trying to shift lol•

❥then I make sure my 𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐟𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚 (the place I try to shift at) is nice and comfortable and the room I'm trying to shift in is a good temperature ~

❥I also get most of my work done so I have nothing to worry about •

❥I then meditate for around 5-7 minutes since I get distracted easily(this is optional)~

❥I do a combination of the pillow method and the raven method I'll explain that in a different section•

❥then I go to sleep and hope I shift!~
