OKIYO (오키요) is a 6 membered South
Korean boy group under the music label,
Phoenix Entertainment. The group consists
of NAME, NAME, NAME, NAME,
NAME and NAME.

Okiyo is a group that debuted under one of
the top three entertainment companies in
South Korea (1st after TYU Entertainment)
and were highly anticipated in their debut.

All of the members took part in a trainee
reality show with 16 others where it was
announced that 6 out of the 16 would be
debuting. This show took the form of a mini
survival show whereby the trainees them-
selves had the main control over who would
be debuting (with support from fan viewers
who could also vote).

Through mini competitions, the members
won with the highest average number of
votes and took to the spotlight in October
2020. They were met with great positive
reactions and are slowly moving up in the
popularity ranks with their side projects.
