MELODREAM (멜로드림) is a 6
membered South Korean girl group under
the music label, Plainsong Media. The
group consists of NAME, NAME, NAME,
NAME, NAME and NAME.

Melodream is a group with an unfortunate
debut. Coming from a small company, they
were already at a disadvantage when trying
to promote in a sea of well known groups
but the girls still did their level best and
actually gained attention for their 'teen
fresh' concept and unique vocal colours.

It was unfortunate that their company fell
in chaos only a couple of weeks later thanks
to the CEO being involved in a scandal
surrounding money laundering. This took a
toll on all Plainsong artists but Melodream
in particular as they were placed on a hiatus
for almost a year. When they returned, it
seemed as though they had been forgotten
by the public or ignored due to their CEO.

Following a change in management teams,
Melodream was also rebranded and began
their new second year on a new leaf. With
help from successful promotion and their
senior artists, the group slowly caught the
eyes of the general public. They are on a
steady rise upwards and have been titled
as one of the main groups to watch out for
in the new year.
