Identifying with the 'ego self' in any number of ways is like identifying with the light from a lighthouse - the ego itself is just a projection, a hologram, and equally hollow. It's constructed entirely of thoughts.
Identifying solely with thought - projections causes a sense of detachment from reality.
It creates an internal narrative of self-doubt, through the lack of confidence in the real Self. This necessitates an urgent need to validate the thought-projections / identities in order to connect back, to find the 'ship in distress' these projections are searching for (through cherry-picking and exacerbating certain happenings) when in fact it's the self inflicted symbol-boxes, the oppressive word-containers and the living in a constant state of anxiety, self-separation and the confirmation bias of an ILLUSION which all needs to go.
It's all cutting us off from the Self, and therefore from life. Life just IS.
It doesn't need permission through categorisation. We don't need to project light to find a ship in distress.
We are not the lighthouse OR the ship.
We are the sea. We HAVE control.Don't fear your own waves.
