Anna's POV
I wake up and see Eva staring at me. I give her a bright smile. These past few weeks I have started to develop feelings for Eva.
A: "good morning"
E: "morning beautiful"
A: "oh shut up" I say laughing
A: "well you should get ready for school" I say sitting up
E: "you mean we?"
A: "WE? Oh hell no"
E: "why not"
A: "I don't feel like it"
E: "okay then im staying too"
A: "what, no you aren't. Come on go get ready"
E: "if you're not going I'm not going. End of conversation."
Wow demanding, I like it.
E: "now, with that out of the way, can we please go back to cuddling"
A: "okay" I say with a small laugh
I lay back down and she puts her head under my chin. I love this.
After about an hour of cuddling we decided to get up and go shopping.
I get up and take a shower. I get dressed the wash my face. The whole time I'm washing my face, Eva is sitting on the counter talking to me.
E: "hey Anna?"
A: "what's up"
E: "why were you upset last night?"
I take a deep breathe.
E: "you dont have to tell me if you don't want to. I just want to know if you're alright"
A: "my uh- my dad is in town and wants to take custody of Brandon"
E: "omg Anna"
A: "my parents aren't here enough so they either have to quit their jobs or figure something out."
E: "oh my god Anna, I'm so sorry"
A: "it's ok, I just have to get my shit together though, because in 2 weeks I'm filing to be Brandon's legal guardian"
E: "wait really?!"
A: "well I have no other choice, my parents never have time and I'm certainly not letting my dad take him"
E: "you'll do great, I'm sure of it"
A: "thanks Eva, I really appreciate you"
E: "of course, shall we go now?"
A: "yes we shall" I say giggling
Eva's POV
Anna and I decided to skip school for today and go to the mall.
As she was getting ready I decided to ask her what she was upset about last night. She talked about this whole thing with her family and I felt so bad for her.
People here have it much harder than I did in Canada. I had it made.
Anyways, we get ready and go to the car. She goes to my side and opens the door. I smile and get in. She goes around to the drivers side and gets in.
On our drive there we are blasting music and singing at the top of our lungs.
Once we get to the mall we go into a couple clothing stores. After we got our clothes Anna wanted to go to a jewelry store.
E: "what are we here for love?"
A: "oh I'm looking for a necklace"
The jeweler come up to us as we are looking.
