my rambling was stopped as I felt a hand placed on my cheek

in the time I had spent rambling on to Jaden he had in fact moved closer to me so we now were eye to eye I looked up his hands were cold maybe it was just because of the rings on them but I soon realised his rings had disappeared

EMILY:what happened to your ring
I asked it coming out as almost a whisper

He replied I watched him turn around to his bedside table my hand falling from his cheek his hand falling from mine

I took a deep breath loosen my grip on his cheek I watched jadens face drop as I was about to answer the question he was so nervous

He said his voice raspy and deeper as usual my head spinning around so I was now looking directly at him
