endings are funny things;

pesky when they're unwanted,

and confusingly exciting when they've been anticipated

but i know that i have never met an ending

that was utterly meaningless

endings are inevitable,

and hopefully whenever you find them,

you will also find a beginning

nestled somewhere behind
