It's a nice sunny morning for the citizens of Rio De Janeiro, people are exercising, going to the beaches and even going out with friends to roam the streets. A man named Hugo Pareira is also outside, jogging along the beaches, huffing and puffing. He starts to slow down and checks his watch to see that he's been jogging for 30 minutes.
Hugo: "30 minutos? Novo recorde." (30 minutes? New record.)
He stops and he decides to go get a drink at a nearby cafe. He walks away from the beach and heads over to a Starbucks. He walks inside and gets a bottle of water, pays for it and leaves the place. He then walks on the sidewalks of the streets of Rio.
Hugo: "Esse exercício valeu a pena." (That exercise was worth it.)
He drinks some water and pours some in his hands and washes his face with it, finishing the bottle. He then walks back to his apartment and he walks inside and changes clothes. he changes from his jogging outfit to a pair of jogger's bottoms and a grey top. he then sits on the. couch and turns on the TV to hear the news.
