"Good morning. Where is Ms. Yoon?"

Yoon Se-Ri was surprised at the booming voice that came from outside her private office that she hit her index finger with the hammer she was using to push a nail in the wall. "Ouch!" Annoyed, Se-Ri went out of her office to find a man standing at the entrance of their still bare space, which they were currently decorating. "That's me. I'm sorry who are you?"

The man marched over to Se-Ri and bowed. "Ms. Yoon, I am Pyo Chi Su. I am part of Mr. Lee's team and am now assigned to you with Park Gwang Beom. We will be meeting once in awhile for reports just for us to check that the business is doing well and assist should there be any sign of trouble."

"Oh, I see. Okay. These meetings will be with you and Gwang Beom? Not Jeong Hyeok?" Se-Ri asked.

"Mr. Lee is quite busy but he will step in once in awhile."

She thought that Jeong Hyeok was hands on with these things. However,  she had recently found out he was running a multi-million dollar firm so it was understandable that he can't be physically present to meet with all the companies he's invested in. She silently reprimanded herself for her naiveté.

Pyo Chi Su looked around the office. "I see that you are not ready for business."

Se-Ri narrowed her eyes at him. "We have all the necessary furniture and equipment and out staff are already making calls to look for talents."

"Hmmm," was all the man said.

Before Se-Ri could say anything, the receptionist came in excited. "Ms. Yoon!"

Was this woman blushing? Se-Ri wondered as she was told that there was another visitor for her. To her surprise, Jeong Hyeok strode in.

Today, he was in a light blue office shirt and khakis. A little too informal for his regular business BUT too handsome for her own good. "Good morning, Ms. Yoon. I got you some coffee."

"Oh! Thank you!" She was reaching for the cup he offered but he stopped handing it over. Taking her hand instead, he frowned seeing the red bruise forming on her finger.

"What happened?"

Explaining the incident, she couldn't help but add, "I was startled by Mr. Pyo so I lost focus."

"I apologise," Jeong Hyeok admitted. "It was my idea to send him over today."

"One of your few bad decisions," Se-Ri whispered, looking suspiciously at Mr. Pyo, who was giving her the same look. Turning back to Jeong Hyeok, she asked, "Why are you here anyway?"

Jeong Hyeok cleared his throat, stuttered and then tried to say something coherent. "Well, I... your office is new... I need to see... just to check..."

Se-Ri gave him a knowing glance.

Pyo Chi Su mumbled, "The woman seems to have bewitched my Boss. He's not normally like this. There maybe some shady business going on here."

Se-Ri glared at him.

Jeong Hyeok stepped back to leave. "I should go. Remember to put a plaster on your wound. Do you need some help setting up here?"
