Louis POV
"Dad, papa? Can I talk to you for a minute?" Concern floods their eyes as my voice trembled.
"Of course kiddo. Everything alright?" Dad asks. I not, leading them to my room.
Once we are settled on my bed I clear my throat.
"So. I've been keeping something from you both. I wanted to be sure myself before bringing you into it." I start.
Dad and papa nod, encouraging me to continue.
"I'm trans." I blurt out. My eyes are trained on my bedsheets to avoid looking at their faces.
A gentle hand lifts my head, my eyes meeting a familiar pair of warm green eyes. "I know that must have been scary. But I'm glad you told us. You need to know that this doesn't matter, it changes nothing in our eyes. You are still my baby; boy, girl, alien if thats what floats your boat. We will always love you and support your choices." Papa smiles.
A weight lifts off my shoulders as he speaks.
"Do have a name picked out yet?" Dad pipes from his spot on the bed. I shake my head. "I was planning on giving you guys that honor."
I giggle at the matching surprised looks on their faces.
"Are you sure?" Dad splutters slightly. "Completely." I smile.
Papa and dad share a knowing look. "I guess it's good that we thought you were going to be a boy cause we already have a name." Papa chuckles.
"What is it?" I ask, excitement running through my veins.
Their eyes brighten at my energy. "Well, since we knew you were gonna rule the castle, we picked royal names. Your dad and I agreed on Louis William Styles-Malik." Papa grins.
"I love it." I gasp, climbing in between them both.
A/N I will be making a part 2 where they tell Liam and Niall but I wanted to keep them separate. I hope my queerios are doing okay. Go have a drink of water for me.
