The next four songs .... unrequited , inside , unstoppable and Break the cycle are 4 very different pieces that were written on 4 consecutive days in July 2011, and they may give some insight as to the severity of mood swings or state of mind that I have battled with all my life ... from love to loneliness and on to a more eloquent version of come and have a go if you think you're hard enough and back to loneliness  all inside 4 days !
