Personality: Kendra is an example of a balance between tomboy and girly. She is a bit aloof but also laid-back, loyal, understanding, kindhearted, generous, and supportive, especially towards Mei after the latter revealed her red panda powers. Kendra always follows the latest trends in fashion and is a bit of an eco-kid, often raising awareness of endangered species. Among all her friends, Kendra is openly disdainful of Mei's mother, especially when the latter thought of blondes being stereotypically stupid. However, in the end, Kendra finally let go of her anger against Ming when the latter finally made amends with her past and Mei.
Physical Appearance: Kendra is a tall, 13-year-old teenage Canadian girl with slightly tan skin, wavy blonde hair, and blue eyes. She has dangly silver earrings, as well as a silver ring, a silver necklace, and a silver bracelet. She wears a white minidress with a silver belt, a black jacket with brown ruffles and silver stud on the front's left side, along with partially faded blue jeans and black boots with silver bands near the ankle. She also wears a metallic silver cap.

During the 4★Town concert, Kendra still wears mostly the same outfit she normally wears but her white minidress is replaced by a white 4★Town shirt. Her face is also adorned with face paint, with a yellow star on the outer corner of her left eye and a purple "4-EVA" on her right cheek.

- During every other weekend, Kendra helps her mom in feeding the zoo animals and cleaning the zoo grounds. Her friends are one of the most frequent visitors at the zoo.
