I'm reading my church mates messages to me after quitting church, I'm sad for leaving these people but I won't respond to them for now. Being in a church that doesn't share my beliefs is so tough, repressing my feelings and thoughts, can't even share my real political opinion. 

Another episode of guilt and shame washing over me. I'm so stupid for calling her names and I didn't know that she knew that. Ahh I want to say sorry but I don't want to make it awkward.
