The Bat is dead, gods destroyed cities and killed heroes, villains had retreated and some not even created yet. Nightwing must regain control over his crazy life, a year after the death of Bruce Wayne. A story taking inspiration from Batman comics, movies and video games, with the main character of this media being Dick Grayson, the first Robin sidekick and my personal favourite DC character. I'd like to highlight that this text is based around the concept of elseworlds, multiverses and parallel worlds. None of this is attempting to be canon, I will use some canon as the base for my writings, and I will also create my own canon. I liked the concept of Grayson being like a Netflix/ Daredevil style media, which is the idea I'm basing this off of rather than a typical novel or comic book writing. Bruce Wayne was never at the circus. Dick Grayson lost his parents at nine years old, but he was never taken in by Bruce since Bruce didn't know about the loss. However, someone else decided to take him in. Someone who isn't afraid of using children for his own personal gain. In fact, he had been looking for a while for an apprentice. And someone as young and vulnerable as Dick was perfect for the taking. So, that's what Slade Wilson did. He took the small, impressionable boy as his own. Later, Slade decides that he wants to learn more about the Teen Titans. So he sends in his best solider, his personal apprentice, out to spy on them. Dick Grayson. Now known mostly as Robin. Robin's perfect for this job.

Batman tries to bench him, but it leads Dick to an impulsive move that leaves him unable to return to the Team or the League. Years later, Aqualad goes undercover in the Light, and his greatest obstacle is the strange man who works for Ra's Al Ghul- an impressive and deadly assassin known as Renegade. I've written this for @TheWonderfulWiccan 's Cliché Contest, which means I've attempted to shove a bunch of Young Justice Wattpad FanFic clichés into one story. enjoy!
