Last time the government had made a list was 7 years ago, and her mother was on it.
Ever since the day her mom was taken away her dad had not been the same, he would come home late or not even show up till the next day. And it almost looks like he is drunk half of the time.  
Skyler has been trying to figure out everything about the list ever since her mom was taken from her and hides all the information in her room. Now that she has to take care of her dad, the house and keep up with school things get very complicated when she figures out her name is on the list
