This was written for Ominously Anonymous' writing prompt Burden of the Beast. A woman who unwillingly shape-shifts into a bloodthirsty creature is given an offer she can't refuse.

Legend has it that when a human is reduced to cannibalism they are taken over by the spirit of the wendigo, becoming a monster with a taste for human flesh.
